To prepare these Boo-Nilla Ghost Milkshakes, you’ll need 3-4 glasses or jars, a black permanent marker, vanilla ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, heavy cream, powdered sugar and some cute little straws. 1 cup whole milk
2 pints vanilla ice cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
Take 1-pint ice cream in a blender and blend with milk until smooth. Add remaining pint ice cream gradually keeping the machine on. Pour milkshake into six to eight-ounce glasses, decorated with chocolate faces.
Put cream in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the hand mixer. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks become visible. Add confectioners’ sugar and keep beating until stiff peaks created. Transfer whipped cream to a pastry bag. Pipe spiral mounds of strapped cream on top of milkshakes. Serve as early as possible.
You can make as much as you can and you can double the recipe easily. For 12 people take 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave bowl and microwave on high temperature until melted. Take a small brush and paint chocolate inside glasses, if it hardens too soon keep it under the microwave for more 20 seconds. Wait a few minutes before adding a shake. Prepare the glasses and serve to your kids or guest.
