1. Lion pose

2. Chin lock

3. Downward Dog
Start with all force with hands directly under shoulders and knees under hips. Walk with hands a few steps and spread fingers wide pressing palms into the floor mate. Bend the toes under and slowly press hips toward ceiling, arranging your body in to the inverted V shape. Keep your shoulders away from ears, knees subtle bend and feet hip-width. Hold your full breath for thrice. If you suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome do not do it.
4. Low Plank Pose
To sit with this pose you have to stay off the ground with the support of hands keeping the focus correct. It labels your arms and strength the tones of your muscle.
If you have injury on shoulder do it under the supervision of a yoga instructor.
5. Dolphin Pose
Make your arms the base of balancing your body weight. This pose will help to strengthen and tone the biceps, triceps, and arms.
It is a simple asana that can do anyone. However, be careful if you have neck or shoulder injuries.
